TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the recently listed wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, has today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 77.3 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, he now holds 3,399,902 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 19.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
