Director/PDMR Shareholding
TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces Mark Clubb , Executive Chairman, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 55.2 pence per share on 30 June 2022.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 3,753,750 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 17.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
