Director/PDMR Shareholding
TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the recently listed wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 77 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, he now holds 3,432,500 ordinary shares in the Company*, representing 19.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
\* The Company notes that the RNS dated 10 August 2021 regarding Mr Clubb's previous share purchase did not update his total holding figure. This should have read 3,407,500.
