("CAS" or the "Company")

Interim Management Statement

The Company is issuing its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 November 2013 to date.

The Company is currently in a transitional period as application has been made to cancel the Company's admission to the premium segment of the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and further application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Company's ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected on 24 March 2014.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2013 were published on 24 January 2014 and the Company continues to trade broadly in line with management expectations.

During the period covered by this Interim Management Statement the Company:

· disposed of its freehold property for a total cash consideration of £415,000, £315,000 being paid on completion (which fell on 20 January 2014) and the remaining £100,000 being payable on the date falling on the earlier of ten working days after the purchaser secures planning permission authorising redevelopment of the premises for mixed use purposes and 20 January 2015;

· completed a share capital reorganisation whereby each existing share of 50 pence was reclassified into 100 shares of 0.5 pence each; and

· has made changes to the Board with Jason Drummond being appointed as Executive Chairman, Nilesh Jagatia being appointed as Finance Director and Oliver Fattal becoming a Non-Executive Director.
