Revised Timetable of Delisting and Admission
Further to the announcement made on 30 January 2014 entitled 'Delay to Timetable of Delisting and Admission', CAS is pleased to announce that the expected timetable of principal events in relation to the proposed cancellation of admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the proposed admission to trading on AIM is as follows;

Application has been made to cancel the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and to trading on the Main Market and further application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
In addition the Company intends to conduct a placing on Admission to raise a total of approximately £250,000. Shareholders should refer to the Schedule 1 Form and its Appendix (together being the application which has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM) for further information on this placing, such information being subject to confirmation and updating between now and Admission.
Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 26 November 2013.
