Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, A.S.29 November 2007 Press release Personnel changes in statutory bodies Date: 29 November 2007 Telefonica O2 Czech Republic would like to announce that it will implementfollowing changes in its statutory bodies. Current Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Peter Erskine will be replaced atthis position by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jaime Smith.Current CEO, Mr. Salvador Anglada, will become also Chairman of the Board ofDirectors. The above mentioned changes will be implemented in February 2008.
