Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

During the month of February 2017, 15,604 options over Telit ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised, of which 6,855 options were settled with Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 28 February 2017, comprises 116,321,916

Ordinary Shares, of which 592,912 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares which hold voting rights in the Company is 115,729,004. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
