Change of Auditor
The Board of Telit (AIM: TCM), a leading machine-to-machine wireless technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as its auditors with effect from 15 November 2013.
KPMG LLP ("KPMG") has resigned as the Company's auditors and confirms that there are no issues relating to their ceasing to hold office which should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors. The Board would like to thank KPMG for its years of service.
