Thomas Cook Group plc - Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Thomas Cook Group plc notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 March 2010 the issued share capital of Thomas Cook Group plc comprised 858,292,947 ordinary shares of €0.10. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Thomas Cook Group plc does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure of 858,292,947 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Thomas Cook Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
