Thomas Cook Group plc announces that Warren Tucker, one of its Non-Executive Directors, has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate of PayPoint plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 5 February 2014.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
