Thomas Cook Group plc announces that Martine Verluyten, one of its Non-Executive Directors, has joined the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics N.V. with effect from 30 May 2012. The shares of STMicroelectronics N.V. are traded on the New York Stock Exchange, on Euronext Paris and on Borsa Italiana.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
