Thomas Cook Group Non-Executive Director Declaration

Thomas Cook Group plc announces that Nigel Northridge, one of its Non-Executive Directors, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Inchcape plc with effect from today, Thursday 11 June 2009.

Nigel Northridge is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Paddy Power plc and the Senior Independent Director of Aggreko plc.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
