Thomas Cook Group plc (the "Company") - Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 16,697,548 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. These shares have been issued pursuant to the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in a joint venture with VAO Intourist in Russia (announced by the Company on 25 November 2010), which is expected to complete on 12 July 2011.
It is expected that admission will occur on 12 July 2011.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
