Statement re Manager

The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that notice has been served by the Company on Speymill Property Group Limited (the "Manager") to terminate the Investment Management Agreement between the Company and the Manager dated 13 November 2006 with effect from 28 June 2011.

A further announcement will follow in due course regarding the Board's intentions for the future management of the Company's remaining assets.
