Dividend Declaration
In accordance with the Board's previously announced dividend policy, the Board announces that the dividend for fiscal 2014 will be 3.72 cents per share. This is calculated as 80% of the value of the cash and stock dividends received from its investments during the fiscal year
Based on the announced unaudited Net Asset Value at 31 December 2014 of US$0.979 ("NAV"), this represents a yield on NAV of 3.8% and based on the closing sales midpoint of the Company's shares on January 27 2015 represents a dividend yield of 4.35%.
The dividend will be paid on 27 February 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 6 February 2015 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 5 February 2015.
