Changes to Board Committees

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that Non-executive Director, Nikoloz Enukidze, has stepped down from the membership of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of TBC PLC and the Supervisory Board of JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank") with immediate effect.

Furthermore, Arne Berggren, Chairman of the Board of TBC PLC and the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. In line with TBC's "Mirror Boards" policy, Mr. Berggren has also been appointed as a member of the equivalent committee of the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank.
