Statement re press speculation

The Board of Tavistock notes the recent media speculation and confirms that it is considering a number of potential transactions including a possible disposal of part of the Group's business to Saltus, a financial planning and investment management services group. There can be no guarantee that such a transaction will be concluded, and the Board will only proceed with such a transaction if it considers it to be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
The Company will make further announcements if and when appropriate.
