Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) was informed that on 20 September 2018, Jim Stutelberg, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 11,168 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company at a share price of 642.35 pence per share to satisfy certain further tax obligations arising from the release of share awards from previous years.
