Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) was informed on 9 November 2015 that Rob Luijten, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, transferred on that day a total of 135,777 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) to his wife as a gift. The transaction took place in London.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
