* The Shares purchased by Mr Ahmed will be registered in the names of his two children.
** Mr Camp purchased 250 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) at a price of 602.80 pence per Share (being the equivalent of US$39.31 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.6303).
All transactions were completed on the London Stock Exchange, except for the transaction by Mr Camp which was completed on the New York Stock Exchange.
This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
