Taihua Plc31 October 2007 Taihua plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in thecapital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 81,647,330 witheach share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 81,647,330.
