Director Dealing
BrainJuicer (AIM: BJU), a leading international online market research agency, announced on 27 June 2011, that Simon Godfrey, a non-executive director of the Company since 2003, intended to retire from the Board of Directors during the course of calendar 2012 and as part of his retirement was reducing his shareholding in the Company.
The Company updates that Mr Godfrey is scheduled to step down by the end of September 2012 and that it has also been informed that Mr Godfrey has disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 302.75 pence per share.
Following the above transaction Mr Godfrey currently holds 24,298 ordinary shares representing 0.2% of total issued share capital with voting rights.
