Completion of Share Buyback Programme
System1 Group PLC (AIM: SYS1), the marketing decision-making platform, is pleased to announce that on 31 March 2022, it completed the share buyback programme announced on 7 January 2022. In aggregate, during the course of the buyback programme the Company repurchased 158,674 ordinary shares at a VWAP of 348.33 pence per share.
System1's issued share capital comprises 13,226,773 ordinary shares, of which 487,151 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The Company now has a total of 12,739,622 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
