Schedule 2(g) Update

SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the award-winning managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, has been informed of the following disclosures required under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mike Fletcher was a director of Hultons (Holdings) Limited and Hultons (Landscapes) Limited which were placed into administration on 12 March 2018. They exited administration via dissolution on 27 July 2020 with a shortfall to creditors of £4,078,500 and £4,234,153 respectively. On 19 July 2018, Hultons (Fencing) Limited, of which Mike Fletcher was also a director entered into creditors voluntary liquidation. The company was liquidated on 6 October 2021 with a shortfall to creditors of £177,789.00.

On 10 August 2009, David Conrad (International) Limited, of which Michael Edelson was a director, entered into a creditors voluntary liquidation. The company was liquidated on 24 April 2011 with a shortfall to creditors of £24,276.23.
