Disclosure of Dealings
The Company announces that Christopher Evans, the Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 369,485 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.08 per cent. of its voting share capital. The transaction effected at a market price of 1.35 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Evans now holds a total of 19,625,367 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.1 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
