Grant of Options/PDMR Disclosure
SysGroup plc (AIM: SYS), the managed services and cloud integrator, announces that it has awarded a total of 125,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Options") to Michael Hogan, Group CFO. The Options were granted on Mr Hogan's start date with the Group, being 15 August 2016.
The Options were granted under the SysGroup plc EMI Option Scheme and at an exercise price of 60.5p per share (being the mid-market closing price on 12 August 2016). The Options will vest two years from the grant date subject to Mr Hogan remaining employed by the Group.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
