Completion of James Robinson sale
Yule Catto is an international producer of speciality chemicals, supplied to global customers for use in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, paints and adhesives
Further to the announcement on 11 February 2008, Yule Catto & Co plc ("Yule Catto") is pleased to announce that sale of the entire issued share capital of James Robinson Limited and other associated assets to Vivimed Labs Limited has been successfully completed for a total consideration, including the realisation of working capital, of up to US$25 million.
In addition, Yule Catto anticipates that the sale of its interest in James Robinson India (Private) Limited to its joint venture partner for a consideration of some $1.75 million will take place in June.
