Total voting rights

The following information is disclosed in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA").

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 163,997,629 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), each carrying the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights attributable to the Ordinary Shares is 163,997,629.

The figure in the preceding sentence may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
