Further to yesterday's announcement regarding the holding of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhard Group ("KLK"), Synthomer plc ("Synthomer") has been informed that KLK has made a market purchase of 700,000 Synthomer shares bringing its total holding to 85,424,250 shares, representing approximately 20.11% of Synthomer's issued share capital.
