Synthomer (the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), that Ian Tyler, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company, is to be appointed Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of Grafton Group plc ("Grafton") with effect from 1 March 2024, and he will assume the role of Chair of Grafton with effect from 2 May 2024.
