Results of Annual General Meeting
Synergia Energy Ltd (the Company) advises the results of its Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2022.
All resolutions put to the General Meeting were decided by a poll with all resolutions passed.
Proxy Voting
In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the proxy votes and number of shares voted and the number of votes cast in person or by proxy on a Poll, are set out in the attached report from Synergia Energy's share registry, Link Market Services.
