PDMR Shareholding

Plastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA), the niche plastics products group, announces that the Mr Ian Smith, Managing Director of Flexipol Packaging Limited, which the Company acquired on 21 November 2014, yesterday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 102 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Ian Smith has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% of the total voting rights in the Company.
