Dividend Declaration
Further to the Company's announcement of its annual results on 27 June 2012, Plastics Capital confirms that its final dividend of 0.67 pence per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on 3 August 2012. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 4 July 2012 and the record date will be 6 July 2012.
