The Company announces a transfer by the trustee of the FR Family Discretionary Trust, of which Faisal Rahmatallah, Chairman of the Group, is a discretionary beneficiary. The transfer was made to the trust of which Mr Rahmatallah's wife is a discretionary beneficiary.
