On 12 April 2021, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, performed a 'Bed and SIPP' transfer of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his spouse's share dealing account into his SIPP.

Following the transfers, Michael Laurier's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 23,424,316 Ordinary Shares which equates to 13.25 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
