Sirius Exploration plc07 June 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 7 June 2007 Sirius Exploration Plc Issue of New Ordinary Shares The Company issued 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p, in order to provideadditional working capital on 5 April 2007 to an institutional investor. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesand application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The enlarged issued share capital will amount to 68,879,509 ordinary shares of0.25p each.
