Cultural Heritage Management Agreement Signed for Adavale Project

The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY), the globally diversified potash development group, are pleased to announce the signing of a Cultural Heritage Management Agreement ("CHMA") with the Bidjara People, the Registered Native Title Claimants over the area in Queensland containing the Adavale Project.

The CHMA establishes a formal framework for the management and protection of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage sites and a basis for expediting exploration activities on the Adavale Project.
