Scott Wilson Group plc Total Voting Rights

("the Company")

In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises 76,175,446 ordinary shares of 10p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds 2.875,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of voting rights is 73,300,446.

The above figure, 73,300,446, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Scott Wilson Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
