URS CORPORATION CONSIDERING INCREASING ITS OFFER FOR SCOTT WILSON GROUP PLC

URS Corporation ("URS") notes the announcement by CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd ("CH2M HILL") of its offer for Scott Wilson Group plc ("Scott Wilson") of 245 pence in cash for each Scott Wilson Share.
URS confirms, following CH2M HILL's offer, that it continues to consider its options with respect to Scott Wilson. URS has matching rights arrangements agreed with Scott Wilson and is considering increasing its offer to 245 pence or above.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
