From 1999 to 2007 Sean, aged 44, was the Group Finance Director of Yule Catto &Co plc, a leading speciality chemical company. Sean qualified as a charteredaccountant with Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), before joiningInvensys plc where he held a number of roles including UK Finance Director ofHawker Batteries Group and Divisional Controller of BTR Power Systems.
