DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
Aurum announces that, on 10 November 2010, certain Directors of the Company exercised warrants over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), in each case at 6p per Share, as set out below:

The percentage holdings shown above are calculated by reference to 48,908,275 Shares in issue, being the enlarged number of Shares in issue following this exercise of warrants, together with the recent exercise of warrants by certain other warrantholders. All the new Shares fall within the Company's existing blocklisting authority.
The figure of 48,908,275 Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
