Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the digital resilience group, announces that it has received notification that Phil Higgins, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, on 31 May 2019 transferred 7,950,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") into ISAs held by Mr. Higgins and his family. This transfer was facilitated by way of a sale and repurchase at a price of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Higgins' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at approximately 9.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
