In the case of all of the notifications other than John Horgan, the notifications relate to security granted in connection with personal loans to finance the purchase of shares in the Company whilst it was still a private limited company. In John Horgan's case the notification relates to security granted in connection with an indemnity agreement entered into in connection with the purchase by the Company of the entire share capital of Cameron Taylor Group Limited.
