Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG) has been notified that, on 9 February 2018, David Williams, Chairman, sold and repurchased 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 3.14 pence per share, in order to transfer the shares from D W Pension Fund Ltd to Wentworth Limited, both of which being persons closely associated with Mr Williams. Accordingly, there is no change to the total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Williams holds a beneficial interest.
Following the above sale and repurchase, Mr Williams holds a beneficial interest in a total of 119,833,994 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.43 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
