Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that on 3 October 2022 VJM Investments Limited, a company in which the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Phil Higgins, has a beneficial interest, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 92 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Higgins is beneficially interested in 2,241,850 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.4 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and the aggregate interest in Ordinary Shares of the Higgins family increases by 25,000 Ordinary Shares.
The notification below, made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
