Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), announces that Sean Finlay has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
David Williams, Chairman said: "My Board and I would like to place on record our appreciation for Sean's contribution over his 13 years with the Company. He will be retained in an advisory capacity in relation to the future of the Company's legacy exploration assets."
