Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that following the appointment of Jonathan Hall as Chief Financial Officer, announced on 27 August 2024, he has now been appointed to the Board of Directors with effect from 25 September 2024.

Following the completion of a successful transition period, Adam Hurst, Interim CFO has completed his tenure and today steps down from the Board and leaves the Company with immediate effect.

David Williams, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Jonathan to the Board. He has been with the Company just a month and already established himself in his new role very well.

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my thanks to Adam for his significant contribution to the Group in his short time with us as Interim CFO. We wish him all the best with his future ventures."
