Board Changes

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG, "Shearwater", "the Group") has today appointed Paul McFadden Finance Director, following the completion of the acquisition of Brookcourt Solutions Limited.

Paul has over 10 years' experience in senior finance positions within market leading digital information services, training and events businesses, creating and leading scalable finance functions within both a private and listed environment.

Most recently, Paul was responsible for creating and leading a scalable shared service centre at Wilmington plc as the business grew substantially both organically and via acquisitions in a five-year period.

In the past five years, Paul John McFadden, aged 37, has held the following position where he was acting in the capacity of a director:

Details of Paul's appointment are set out in the Admission Document posted to shareholders on 28 September 2018, save for his role is now as permanent Finance Director.

Paul holds 171,500 ordinary shares and options over 875,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
