Andash Project Update
Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) is giving an update to the market following the announcement made on 4 June 2008.
In the civil case, in which the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited are named as co-defendants, the case remains in the Bishkek City Court due to the fact that there is an outstanding appeal on the case that is yet to be heard. This appeal is expected to be heard by the middle of July 2008 at which time it is expected the case will be referred back to the Inter-District Court of Kyrgyzstan.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
