Andash Project Update

Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) makes the following update to the market following the announcement made on 16 May 2008.

In the civil case, in which the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited are named as co-defendants, the Bishkek City Court of Kyrgyzstan has now determined that the case may be heard by Bishkek Inter-District Court of Kyrgyzstan. 

The case will now be heard by the Bishkek Inter-District Court on 4 June 2008.
